Special Note on Credit 5 – Indoor Air Quality

The IAQ credit calls for “Documentation of IAQ daily feedback system and annual testing program.”  HBI will provide this documentation as a standard part of its Proactive IAQ Inspection Program.   If you are a subscriber to the Proactive IAQ Inspection Program, you will be provided with all the information you need to earn this credit.

Building Owners and Managers Association, www.boma.org - The scoring system is subject to change by the BOMA 360 Governing Council.  HBI will follow the strategies set forth in published BOMA 360 documents. However, we cannot guarantee that credits will be earned by a particular building. The BOMA 360 Governing Council (not HBI) acts as the governing body and must approve Requirements and Point claims on a case-by-case basis.
