Cooling Tower Risk Assessment can greatly assist building owners, managers and occupants in managing and reducing the risks associated with Legionnaires’ disease.

Our experienced and qualified staff will audit your cooling towers to ensure that they are maintained and chemically treated in accordance with the relevant Codes of Practice. Factors such as stagnant water, nutrient growth, water quality, system deficiencies and location/access as highlighted in AS 3666 Part 3(2000): Performance based maintenance of cooling water systems form the basis of our risk assessment reports.

In addition Healthy Buildings International can perform independent, NATA testing and reporting for Legionella and heterotrophic bacteria and conduct Legionella risk assessments on building domestic water systems.
