Healthy Buildings International has a policy of employing qualified and trained Consultants and Technicians from diverse scientific and engineering backgrounds. Our staff hold qualifications in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Building Engineering and Business Administration, to name but a few.

Other accreditations include Chartered Engineer, IOSH Technical Safety Practitioner, and NEBOSH Diploma Part 1. HBI also have active involvement with various institutions, including IHEEM, CIBSE, HVCA, BIFM and BSI.

 

Sales Manager

We are looking to recruit an exceptional Sales Manager to manage the expanding HBI sales team. Core duties will be to:

  • Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Take responsibility for the performance and development of the Account Managers.
  • Prepare action plans for individuals as well as for the team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
  • Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to penetrate the new markets.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
  • Conduct one-on-one review with all the Account Managers to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Account Manager’s sales and activity performance.
  • Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
  • Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
  • Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by the Account Managers.
  • Create and conducts proposal & tender presentations.
  • Assist the Sales Support and Account Managers in the preparation of proposals and presentations.
  • Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Recruit, test, and hire Account Managers and Sales Administration team members based on criteria agreed upon by senior management.
